Fast Track Solutions (iGaming) alliance for SuprNation

Maltese online casino operator SuprNation has announced the signing of an agreement that is to see it utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) platform from information technology and services innovator Fast Track Solutions.

Headquartered in the Valletta suburb of Sliema, the iGaming firm used an official Wednesday press release published by European Gaming Media and Events to detail that it intends to roll out the Fast Track CRM advance across every one of its three brands beginning with the domain at VoodooDreams.com.

SuprNation is also responsible for the Malta and United Kingdom-licensed online casinos at Duelz.com and NYSpins.com and stated that the deal with Fast Track Solutions is set to take its player engagement facilities ‘to the next level’ by allowing it to manage all communication and reward aspects in real time from one place.

Henric Andersson from Suprnation used the short press release to declare that the Fast Track CRM innovation also permits iGaming firms to engage with players across multiple channels including mobile by ‘integrating with both external service providers and an operator’s own internal systems.’
