Lady Luck Games of Stockholm has been certified by iTech Labs, opening the door to release games in nearly half a dozen target markets. The certification means the company can now provide games in the regulated jurisdictions of Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and their native Sweden.

The testing laboratory is accredited in multiple jurisdictions worldwide and tests random number generators (RNG) and games based on each jurisdiction’s specific requirements. The Australian company is trusted by regulators all over the world and offers a suite of services for online casino gaming and social gaming platforms. The services include certification, quality assurance, and security testing.

Lady Luck Games studio was founded in 2019 by Rasmus Guldberg-Kjær, Vadim Fedorov, and Mads Jørgensen.

Ever Expanding Footprint

Jorgensen, CEO at Lady Luck Games talked about the value of opening up new markets for a game studio to grow in.

“We are very confident that our games portfolio has universal appeal and having this certification is an important step in proving that,” he said of the array of approvals.

“Access to market is hugely important for any company in any industry and we now have a real opportunity to take great strides as a business.

Among the operators and game aggregators already in partnership with Lady Luck are the artificial intelligence and blockchain-driven, 1Click Games, Ously, QTech, Finnplay, EveryMatrix, Spiffbet, and Videoslots.com.

In late summer, the company announced they had entered into a deal to acquire Denmark developer and provider Spigo ApS, which was already certified in Denmark.

The developer’s platform, SPIGO SDK will now allow them to accelerate game development.

The acquisition included 27 Spigo’s game titles as well as 8 customers. Two of those integrations are among Danske Spil’s top B2C brands, Tivoli Casino and SPILLEHJØRNET.

Commenting on that acquisition, Jorgensen said: “We are adding casino games with a strong track record and several years of continuous growth to our already strong product portfolio, together with an important technical aggregation platform.

We are very happy and proud that Kasper and his team have chosen to continue in the business, and it is an honour to welcome them to LL Lucky Games. Most important of all, the deal entails a direct integration to Danske Spil where we get the opportunity to take over an existing business relationship.

He added, “Then there’s the Denmark-certified content aggregation platform that allows us to deploy both single-player and multiplayer games with jackpots. Content aggregation is a totally new option for Lady Luck Games.
