Pragmatic Play Online Slots Go Live with Germany-Focused StarGames

[ad_1]

Pragmatic Play has seen its collection of online slots go live with Greentube’s Germany-facing iGaming brand StarGames in a move that will significantly strengthen the leading online casino games maker and supplier’s regulated presence.

StarGames players now have access to a vast array of Pragmatic Play’s innovative titles, including the hugely popular slots Great Rhino Megaways, Wolf Gold, and Sweet Bonanza.

Germany’s State Treaty on Gambling took effect on July 1, 2021 to reorganize the local online gaming and sports betting space in a manner that enables local and international companies to obtain licenses and operate in a regulated environment.

Pragmatic Play is one of many online casino game providers to have adapted their content to the new German regulations and been able to launch their content in the local market.

The opening of Germany’s digital gambling space has been long-awaited and Pragmatic Play’s recent integration with StarGames has marked an important step in the provider’s expansion in what is expected to very soon become one of Europe’s largest and most important markets.

Greentube’s StarGames was the industry’s first online casino to offer its parent company’s Book of Ra slot to online players in the German market. The brand went live in Germany on July 1, the first day of regulated gambling in the country.

StarGames was previously licensed to conduct online casino activities in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, which up until recently was the only place in the country to allow online casino-style gaming.

Another Significant Milestone

Commenting on their launch with StarGames, Pragmatic Play Vice President of Malta Operations Lena Yasir said that they are thrilled to go live with a “top-tier operator brand” and that this new deal marks another significant milestone in the company’s development in regulated markets, “particularly in such an important new one such as Germany.”

Ms. Yasir went on to note that it is an exciting time in the online gambling industry with “a major important market becoming available for us to have an influence in” and that they could not have “picked a better partner to do it with.”

StarGames Brand Manager László Pados added that having the opportunity to add “Pragmatic Play’s prestigious collection of games” to their existing library was a very exciting prospect for them and that their German players now have their playing options “expanded by some of the best games currently available.”

Mr. Pados went on to add that Pragmatic Play is “renowned for the consistent production of some of the industry’s most innovative and high-quality games and that the addition to its titles has “perfectly complemented” their portfolio of classic and new online slots from NOVOLINE and Greentube.
