[ad_1]

Online casino content provider Microgaming has embarked on a mission to reinvigorate the live casino sector with the launch of a new product in partnership with On Air Entertainment.

Powered by Microgaming, On Air Entertainment is serving as the creative force behind an innovative new suite of live dealer solutions which are set to be made available via the studio’s platform that was specially built for the purpose.

On Air Entertainment was founded in January 2021 by a team of industry veterans with experience on senior positions and a proven history in live casino. The company is headquartered in Malta and runs a state-of-the-art live casino studio in Riga, Latvia. Its developer teams are based both in Latvia and Estonia.

On Air Entertainment is set to launch an initial range of classic and bespoke live casino titles in early 2022 as it looks to bring “competitive, customisable, and world-leading content to the table.”

News that Microgaming will power On Air Entertainment’s live casino debut emerge amid a busy time for the major provider as it is looking to roll out a vibrant lineup of new online casino titles throughout June. Last month the company announced strategic partnerships with fellow gambling companies that secured it with expansion across Italy and Portugal – two key regulated markets.

Playing an Integral Part in an Exciting Journey

Commenting on their latest big news, Microgaming CEO John Coleman said that On Air Entertainment represents “a new evolution of live casino gaming, possessing all the experience, talent, and passion required to innovate” in this highly competitive and rapidly growing sector.

Mr. Coleman added that they are delighted Microgaming is playing an integral role in their partner’s exciting journey.

Andres Rengifo, Managing Director at On Air Entertainment, said that their vision is to be the “global innovator of choice for tailored live casino experiences” and that to achieve this they have brought the “very brightest and best live casino talent from across the industry.”

Mr. Rengifo went on to say that their relationship with Microgaming will provide them with access to unrivaled customer and market reach and that they cannot wait to begin broadcasting their live casino content together.

It should be noted that Mr. Rengifo previously served as director of NetEnt Live the live casino division of online slot specialist NetEnt and led the company’s growth in this lucrative space. NetEnt is now part of Evolution, the larger live casino group that acquired it this spring in a deal valuing the slot games developer at $2.2 billion.
