BetMGM Launches Borgata Online Casino in Pennsylvania

BetMGM announced launching its second online casino in Pennsylvania. The brand is operated via the joint venture between Entain and MGM Resorts. It newest online option is the Borgata Casino mobile app.

The launch has been effected through a market access partnership with Rivers Casino Philadelphia.

The Borgata Casino features over 150 slots and table games, with players able to access content such as Premium Blackjack Pro and MGM Grand Millions.

Borgata Casino players in Pennsylvania will be allowed to redeem points from gameplay for at MGM Resorts properties across the US, such as the Bellagio and MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be possible through BetMGM’s integration with the MGM Resorts’ M life Rewards program.

Borgata Casino is the second online casino launched by BetMGM in Pennsylvania since the operator launched its BetMGM Casino brand in December last year.

BetMGM chief executive Adam Greenblatt said: “There are few casino brands as well-respected as Borgata, evident by the success we’ve seen with the Borgata Casino app in New Jersey.”

BetMGM Expansion

The BetMGM’s New Jersey expansion was announced in the fall of last year when the operator strengthened its offerings in the state with the addition of Live Casino products from Evolution and gaming content from Playtech, DGC and Ainsworth.

Evolution and BetMGM announced a content supply deal in late August and after the successful completion of the necessary integration, the iGaming brand now offers the supplier’s hugely popular live table games as well as its fast-growing range of game show-style titles to its players in New Jersey.

Along with Evolution products, BetMGM launched a Borgata Casino in the state as well as PartyCasino.

Regarding the Pennsylvania Borgata Casino, Greenblatt added: “Pennsylvania marks an important milestone for us as we introduce the Borgata Casino brand to the first state outside of New Jersey.”

Pennsylvania is yet another step in the ongoing BetMGM expansion plan. In January, the operator announced going live in Iowa with a new mobile sports betting app.

With the new app, players now have access to benefits tied to MGM Resorts’ iconic casino-resorts nationwide. According to the BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt, this connection allows the customers to earn awards from different award-winning hotels and restaurants while engaging with the excitement of a sports betting experience.

This fact is important for the Iowa betting users since it allows them to redeem their gameplay at all existing MGM Resorts worldwide, such as Bellagio and MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Borgata in New Jersey, Beau Rivage in Mississippi, MGM National Harbor in Maryland and others.

The BetMGM app aims to provide a more enjoyable experience for its users who can easily customize pre-game, live in-play, futures and parlay wagers. It is available for the users of iOS and Android and can also be downloaded from anyone who wants to use it on desktop.
