Evolution Seals Live Casino Deal with Dutch Gambling Giant ahead of Market Regulation

Live casino specialist Evolution this week announced that it has partnered with Dutch casino veteran JVH gaming & entertainment group to provide it with access to its Live Casino content and services in the Netherlands.
Evolution’s partnership with JVH comes as Dutch lawmakers are gearing up preparations for the reorganization of the country’s online gambling market.
JVH was founded in 1958 to become one of the Netherlands’ largest private casino operators. The company welcomes more than four million guests every year across its casinos. JVH runs more than 80 gambling establishments under several brands, including Dutch market leader Jack’s Casino.
JVH plans to launch an online Jack’s Casino operation on September 1, 2021, the date currently set by Dutch MPs for the opening of the country’s regulated online gambling market. The casino operator’s deal with Evolution will see its Jack’s Casino website add the Live Casino supplier’s complete portfolio of content to its offering.
JVH’s iGaming operation will gain access to Evolution’s full Live Casino range, First Person RNG games, and its fast-growing portfolio of game show titles, including recent smash hit Crazy Time.
As part of the deal, Evolution will create a dedicated branded Jack’s Casino environment for its new partner within one of its Live Casino studios.
A Trusted Partner
Of their plan to venture into the regulated Dutch iGaming space when it finally opens next year, JVH group CEO and Chairman Eric Olders said that the Live Casino experience their players will get to enjoy when their online casino launches will be “well worth the wait” after the reorganization of the local online gambling market suffered multiple delays over the past several years.
Mr. Olders went on to say that opting for Evolution’s rich Live Casino portfolio, they will be able to provide their iGaming customers with access to “an exceptional online mix of casino classics and game show-style entertainment that goes beyond simply replicating a visit to a traditional casino venue.”
The JVH boss praised their new partner and said that they are confident they have found a trusted collaborator to make their online debut happen.
Johan Nordstrom, CEO Malta and CCO at Evolution, said that they are very proud to have been picked by JVH group, which is a company with an impressive 60-year heritage in the Dutch casino market. Mr. Nordstrom added that they are looking forward to “achieving high levels of success through a close partnership with them in this new and extremely exciting online market.”
In separate news, Evolution recently completed the acquisition of NetEnt in a deal valuing the latter at $2.3 billion. Evolution has begun a process to integrate NetEnt and will, as part of a planned “total reorganization” of the latter, assume operational responsibility for the expert online slots maker.
