Red Tiger Expands in Sweden with Svenska Spel Sport & Casino Deal
Online casino content supplier Red Tiger has further extended its foothold in the lucrative Swedish iGaming market through a supply deal with Sweden’s former gambling monopoly Svenska Spel.
Under the terms of that deal, Red Tiger has integrated and successfully launched its slots collection with Svenska Spel Sport & Casino, the online gaming business of the Swedish gambling operator.
Hit titles such as Mystery Reels and Pirates’ Plenty – Battle for Gold can now be accessed by Svenska Spel players.
The addition of Red Tiger’s slots library to the operator’s existing offering happened via SG Digital’s OGS platform.
Svenska Spel has become the latest Sweden-facing online gaming operator Red Tiger has teamed up with since the reorganization of the Swedish online gambling space in early 2019.
The deal with the former Swedish gambling monopoly has strengthened Red Tiger’s presence in that important market while helping Svenska Spel Sport & Casino maintain its spot among the leaders in the provision of iGaming and online betting services in Sweden.
Last month, Svenska Spel Sport & Casino added content by another industry leader to boost its offering. Under a deal with Microgaming, the Swedish operator went live with the provider’s large casino content portfolio that includes branded slots such as Game of Thrones and Lara Croft Temples and Tombs and hit classics such as Immortal Romance, Book of Oz, and Agent Jane Blonde Returns.
An Important Move
Commenting on their partnership with Svenska Spel Sport & Casino, Red Tiger Commercial Director Chris Looney said that launching their slots library with a major and well-respected operator was an important move for the company as it looks to expand its presence across regulated territories.
Jonas Nygren, VP Casino at Svenska Spel Sport & Casino, commented that they are thrilled with this latest integration and that he has no doubt Red Tiger’s engaging slots will “make a strong addition to our product offering.”
Mr. Nygren went on that the deal with Red Tiger “reinforces our reputation for providing immersive entertainment experiences to a wide range of players” and that they are looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.
Svenska Spel is the first World Lottery Association member Red Tiger has delivered its slots range to.
The provider’s partnership with the Swedish operator was the latest revealed this month. Red Tiger announced earlier that it has teamed up with rapidly growing iGaming group Glitnor and has agreed to supply the company with its entire games library.
Red Tiger’s games are now available across Glitnor’s Lucky Casino and Gambola brands. The deal enabled Red Tiger to extend its reach across core Nordic markets, the rest of regulated Europe and Japan where both Lucky Casino and Gambola enjoy great popularity.
